Process Introduction

Hematite is a weak magnetic iron ore, the main component of Fe2O3, is one of the most important iron ore. Primary hematite low grade can not be directly used for smelting, to be beneficiated value after dressing. The selection of hematite magnetic separation method and re-election of two methods, the principle of magnetic separation is relatively simple, but the election hematite 10000 Gauss must be above the magnetic separator to achieve the beneficiation goal.

Process

Hematite into the jaw crusher broken, and then be transported to the shaker for screening, to meet the requirements of the material is screened out. Hematite is adsorbed to the cylinder wall by the magnet. As the cylinder wall rotates, the material is washed away from the cylinder wall by the weakening of the magnetic force and enters into the next strong magnetic separator.
