YK series circular vibrating screen system introduces the high efficiency vibrating screen manufactured by German technology. The amplitude of the vibrating screen can be adjusted. working principle
Circular vibrating screen work by the motor through the belt to the exciter eccentric block produces high-speed rotation. Eccentric force generated by the operation of the block a lot of centrifugal force to stimulate the sieve box to produce a certain amplitude of the circular motion of the sieve material on the inclined sieve surface by the impulse transmitted to the screen box to produce a continuous throwing movement, In the sieve particles smaller than sieve, in order to achieve grading.
